The Role

  • Support the day-to-day operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business systems.
  • Maintain and update ERP master data, including item, product, BOM and routing information.
  • Perform data checking and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide first-level support to users on basic ERP enquiries and issues.
  • Record, monitor and follow up on ERP support issues.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Prepare test data, testing scenarios and record test results.
  • Prepare ERP reports and perform basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, user guides and other ERP documentation.
  • Support process improvement, automation and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Work with internal departments and ERP specialists to improve system usage and business processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 0–2 years' working experience are welcome.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and business processes.
  • Able to work with different departments and users.
  • Internship or academic exposure in ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, engineering, data analysis or business systems is an advantage.

Added Advantage

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or basic data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, production or supply chain processes.
  • Exposure to Power BI, SQL or other data tools.
