Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Real Estate Industry)

Salary : RM 3,500 - 4,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative duties including document management, correspondence and office support
  • Handle the registration and resignation processes of company agent representatives
  • Handle supporting basic accounting task such as accounting entries to software
  •  Responsible for the renewal of the company’s LPPEH license
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries and billing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and collections; follow up on overdue payments
  • Manage accounts payable, supplier payments and expense verification
  • Maintain  accounting records and files keeping

Requirements:

  • Have previous working experience in a real estate property company is preferred
  • 2–3 years’ working experience in office ad
  • Basic accounting processing knowledge
  • Familiar with System EPR213 is an added advantage but not a must
  • Good understanding of AR, AP, invoicing and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
