Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate customers’ shipment arrangements to ensure smooth, timely execution.
  • Liaise with overseas agents to arrange and monitor shipment movements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Compile shipment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of required documents.
  • Prepare relevant reports related to shipment activities and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Support and contribute towards achieving the Company’s operational and service objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of the Sysfreight system will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office and related systems).
  • Possess a pleasant personality, with a responsible and committed work attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
