  • Manage company products in assigned retail distribution accounts
  • Build and protect the company products brand
  • Engage with various channels ie mother and baby products retailers (both online & offline), pharmacies, hospital, confinement centers for proposal and sales process.
  • Performs sales and customer services at retail distribution such as penetration of brand and products, allocate and maintaining sufficient inventory of supplies to customer outlets
  • Determine current and on-going product needs
  • To develop and assist in marketing programs and oversee the successful implementation of the sales & marketing strategy.
  • Handles and processes distributors purchases and returns relating to products and services
  • Support and build positive relationship with customers and business partners.
  • Evaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with superiors
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI‘s) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, new accounts and other merchandising components.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2 years of distribution sales experience especially in mother and baby products or relevant targeted clientele would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
  • Great work ethics, can-do personality, competitive and driven.
  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Willingness to travel outstation
  • Salary commensurate with experience and track record
  • Remuneration package including transport allowance, mileage claims and commission
  • 5 days week work but expect to participate weekends expos and roadshows when needed
