We are conducting a confidential search for a high-impact engineering executive to lead the APAC Engineering function and sit on the Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT).
This is not a maintenance leadership role. This mandate is about transformation.
You will take full ownership of regional engineering strategy — driving NPD, NPI, localization, advanced manufacturing, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and technical differentiation across diverse APAC markets. You will shape the region’s product roadmap, strengthen engineering systems, elevate technical talent, and directly influence commercial performance.
 

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has built and scaled regional engineering organizations

• Understands how to align engineering with market strategy and profitability

• Drives disciplined cost management while enhancing customer value

• Can operate at both boardroom and frontline engineering levels

• Has successfully led cross-cultural teams across Asia Pacific

Profile Requirements:

• 15+ years of engineering experience with proven regional leadership exposure

• Strong background in NPD/NPI and advanced manufacturing environments

• Mechanical / Power / Refrigeration engineering foundation (advanced degrees advantageous)

• Experience in refrigeration, industrial cooling, or heat exchange sectors preferred

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence capability
