Location : Subang Jaya

Salary : RM 2800 - 3500

job description

  • Sales administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle email and call enquiry, generate freight service quotation
  • Follow up on enquiry and sales quotation and manage client expectation with sales personnel
  • Assist sales team in sourcing and compilation of freight rates, liaise with other logistics partners to provide value added or customised freight service
  • Manage vendors and agent for global freights
  • Ensure all sales process and orders are handed over and briefed seamlessly to freight customer service.
  • After-sales support to clients and generate required reports for sales department
  • Other related sales support tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in any field 
  • Preferably those with sales admin / sales coordinate / operation support working experience
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Good communication skill and command of English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate and able to work independently
