Finance & Admin Executive

Location : Kuala Lumpur / Cyberjaya

Salary : RM 4,000 - 6,000

  • Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including international wire transfers
  • Track and maintain cash flow on a daily basis to provide clarity and transparency
  • Manage and coordinate multiple initiatives, programs and projects for Malaysia Office
  • Provide general administrative program support within the Malaysia Office and Corporate Office to include meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, files maintenance, document coordination, budgeting, and procurement activities
  • Review, collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Coordination, logistics, presentation preparation, records/response management, and support of sustainability practice-focused
  • Ensure compliance of statutory requirements for tax and audit.
  • Provide administrative support        

Qualification and Requirements:
 
  • Degree or Diploma in finance or accounting, or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts
  • Proficiency (both spoken and written) in English, able to communicate in other languages would be an added advantage
  • Good organisational skills with strong sense of discipline and responsibility
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
