Customer Care Executive

Location : Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Salary : RM 3,500 - 5,500

job description

  • Appointment scheduling with customer considering the availability of a purchase order (according to the local guidelines) aligned with arrival of parts and tools.
  • Act as the first point of Customer Contact.
  • Use of service information system (SIS)
  • Check and ensure availability of spare parts, wear parts and tools at customer or with the technician, Check when part is going to be on-site.
  • Responsible in handling the end-to-end process of logistics order and delivery.
  • Prepare and record all forms related to billing including Delivery Order, Invoices and receipts.
  • Manage other administrative, office and technical tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
  • Backup for In-house team in case of emergency.
Requirements:
  • A diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • 1-3 years working experience in customer service or accounting or any similar field
  • Past working experience in semiconductor or closely related industry is an advantage
  • Good command of English – both spoken and written, added advantage for knowledge of extra language but not mandatory.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Proactive working attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
