Customer Service Officer

Location : Kuala Lumpur (Menara TRX)

Salary : RM 2500-3500

Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in and call-in customers.

  • Attending to member and customer’s inquiries, feedback and requests.

  • Handling sales and membership transactions over the counter

  • Proactively following-up on customers’ inquiries, feedback and requests.

  • Regular engagement with customers and update them with promotions and new products launches and to maintain good relationship.

  • .Performing daily stock take to ensure physical inventory and system record tallies

  • With basic beauty background and knowledge is added value.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma Level.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Good in communication skills.

  • Computer literate

  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

  • Full training will be provided.

  • Able to work on alternate Saturday and Sunday, or on a rotational scheduled basis.
