Admin (After Sales & Service)

Location : Tampines

Salary : RM / S$ 3,000 - 3,500

job description

Responsibilities:-

  • To handle after sales service customer enquiry through email or phone call.
  • To prepare quotations/service proposals for customers in Singapore market.
  • To process after sales service ordering/invoicing including spare parts, technical services, and other after sales related scope such as warranty claim.
  • To work closely with technical service team for daily service job coordination.
  • To handle hardcopy documents filling including scanning reports/delivery notes and other related documents into system.
  • To work closely with supply chain colleague in managing warehouse inventory, such as incoming/outgoing stock delivery and stocks movement control.
  • To physically reorganize inventory/stock in warehouse.
  • Manage and monitor item information in ERP system including price list, customer asset management and etc.
  • Preparing monthly report for after sales service related topic.
  • Other related tasks as required.

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administration, or related field.
  • Prior working experience in after sales service, experience in an established ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency (both spoken and written) in English
  • A team player and able to complete the task within the timeline
  • Good organisational skills with strong sense of discipline and responsibility
  • Customer oriented, result driven and can both work independently and as a member of a team 
  • Salary commensurate with experience
