Freight Customer Service Executive

Location : Subang Jaya

Salary : RM 2,600 - 3,600

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in managing customer service response to clients freight assignments
  • Ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
  • Act as the primary escalation contact for customers and liaise with relevant departments on the service delivery to customers.
  • Enhance service experience through delivering professionalism and understand the varying needs and demands of each individual customer.
  • Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
  • Ensure timely management of complaints and inquiries escalations.
  • Provide responsive reply to general customers' inquiries or via other interaction channels to rectify their situation to the best of our ability

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or any field with adequate relevant experience.  SPM holders with similar experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 year(s) and above of working experience in Customer Service / Coordinators / Operation (B2B) is required for this position.
  • Working experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry is a must.
  • Good understanding of procedures and documentation of air and ocean freights
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Clarity in verbal and written communication
  • Leadership quality and able to motivate customer service team, create team spirit, sense of belonging and individual development.
  • Able to remotely standby during weekends to monitor freights activities at different regions when needed.
