Bank Relationship Manager - Business Clients

  • Manage a portfolio of BB customers, set and achieve P&L target
  • Actively acquire NTB to facilitate the achievement of BB growth objectives
  • Build adn maintain customer relationship through regular face-to-face, in-office
  • Develop account plans in a timely manner and swiftly follow-up on identified action items
  • Regularly update top management about portfolio's accounts development
  • Build and expand existing client relationship through pro-active contact, account planning and effective pipeline management
  • Gather information on existing and potential customers; analyse their credit worthiness, credit data,
  • financial information etc to facilitate the credit analysis and approval process.


Requirements:
  • Prior work experience of 3 - 5 years as Relationship Manager
  • Degree in Banking & Finance will be an advantage
  • Most preferred candidate with SME/Commercial Banking
  • Ability in bringing in NTB
  • Well-versed in Trade working capital
  • Experience in growth/New to CASA, FX, Forex, Insurance
  • Willing to work in Penang, Malaysia
  • Salary commensurate with experience and track record
