Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers – taking enquiries by phone and email
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to hardware, software and operating system
  • Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
  • Using automated diagnostic programs to solve problems
  • Utilize helpdesk software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress and solutions
  • Assign fault & non-fault calls to relevant engineers to handle until issue resolve
  • Distribute documents such as checklist, configuration files and request forms to relevant people & prepare necessary reports

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Working experience in helpdesk support, IT support or relevant
  • Hands on skills or knowledge in hardware, software, operating system, especially on Microsoft products
  • Possess Microsoft-certified desktop support or A+ is an advantage
  • Good spoken & written communication skills
  • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, alternate Saturday 9am-1pm
