Job Responsibilities

  • To perform basic bookkeeping & account entries for General, Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • General banking, cash flow and bank, supplier, customer reconciliation
  • Record and checking monthly expenses claims
  • Stocktake, monitor and record monthly stock report
  • Controlling and monitoring of records, file and maintain financial records
  • Prepare supporting schedules to the accounts auditor
  • Manage, monitor & propose of general maintenance & upkeep of office
  • Basic coordination of sales orders and prepare sales quotation
  • Closely monitoring, updating, verify for sales in accounting software
  • Prepare invoice, Purchase Order, and quotation accordingly
  • Issue payment and tracking invoice from system
  • Handle human resources operation tasks such as submit staff overtime, staff claims and staffing matters
  • Performce ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/ LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar position
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of software such as Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and SQL accounting
  • Good working attitude and good team player
  • Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
  • Must be able to multi-tasks
  • Must be willing to work Alt Saturday
  • Possess own transportation
